What is the best method to combat stress?

My heartbeat is increasing and become more and more worry that my heart  will blow up anytime now!

Anyone have any good method to relieve my stress?

First of all, is there some of your thought that makes your heart beats more faster? You can try this method: Deep Breathing: Inhale through your nose (you will feel your abdomen lift up) for 7 seconds and exhale through your mouth for 10 seconds. Do it slowing for around 3 minutes until you felt your heartbeat is back to normal.
