First of all, is there some of your thought that makes your heart beats more faster?
You can try this method:
Deep Breathing:
Inhale through your nose (you will feel your abdomen lift up) for 7 seconds and exhale through your mouth for 10 seconds. Do it slowing for around 3 minutes until you felt your heartbeat is back to normal.
